Erin Williams is an internationally recognized leader, speaker, and author in bioethics, health, law, and technology policy, with decades of experience shaping federal initiatives. She ran a $100M health business that drove over $750M of investments fostering innovation. She has served in key advisory roles in the U.S. Congress, the White House, and on international boards, guiding policy on biotechnology innovation, pandemic preparedness, and ethical governance. As the first officially designated bioethicist at the Congressional Research Service, Erin advised lawmakers during some of the nation’s most pressing health policy moments, including health reform and FDA user fee reauthorization. She is also a sought-after meditation and energy-work teacher, who sparks healing and joy with all of her work. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies/Bioethics from the University of Virginia, and a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis.

April Cantor is a senior executive skilled at leading organizations in creating and implementing effective solutions to complex challenges. Through effective communication and strategic engagement, April serves as a liaison between both public and private companies to multiple federal, state, and local organizations. She has successfully led the business development lifecycle for over $250M in projects through sponsor engagement, proposal development, budgeting, staffing, and submission. She has served as a subject matter expert, source of testimony, and technical guidance on issues spanning health care; income security; workforce development; economic development; the integration between state, local, and federal data systems; and legislative compliance. April served as a member of the Secretary’s Health Care Access Commission, the Interagency Tribal Commission, and the Vice President’s Workforce Commission. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy in Economic Development.

Adam Zoellner is a bioengineer and policy leader with over 15 years of experience across the healthcare industry and federal government. He has managed major portfolios in health policy research with organizations such as Pfizer, Zimmer, Epic, and MITRE, bringing a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges. As a portfolio lead at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), he oversaw a $60M work program, developed more than 40 contracts, aligned priorities across three divisions, and delivered impactful results for federal executives. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, along with a graduate certificate in Health Finance and Management.

Kathy Chamlee is a strategic communications leader with 20 years of experience translating complex initiatives into clear, actionable messaging. She is also an operations strategist who has improved workflows, led cross-functional teams, and delivered results in multiple sectors. She has led outreach for IT rollouts, cybersecurity campaigns, and federal health transformation efforts, including a phishing exercise that engaged 185 employees and improved threat reporting. Her campaigns have driven 100,000+ social media impressions and increased engagement by up to 60%. Kathy integrates data analytics into communications strategy to visualize trends, track KPIs, and optimize messaging. She has managed award-winning outreach for DHS, VA, and HHS, and revitalized a White House-bound report through workflow analysis. She holds an M.S. in Data Analytics and an M.A. in Communications from American University, a B.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas, and a Professional Editing Certificate from George Washington University.
